Order Terms

By submitting an order to Summary Brand Wholesale via email, phone, fax, EDI or through https://order.summarybrandwholesale.com you agree to the following terms and conditions. Summary Brand is not required to accept all submitted orders. Only orders submitted from approved accounts and approved by the account’s Sales Representative will be accepted. Since Summary Brand may revise these Terms at any time, you should visit this page periodically to review the Terms that apply to your orders. If you are purchasing Summary Brand products with a credit card, you agree that, upon Summary Brand’s acceptance of your order, Summary Brand may charge your credit card for the full cost of your order plus shipping. You further agree that risk of loss on products you order will shift to you upon Summary Brand’s delivery of those products to a carrier at Summary Brand’s distribution or fulfillment center, and that you will pay shipping costs from Summary Brand’s distribution or fulfillment center to you.

You agree that you will not make sales of Summary Brand items on Amazon, Poshmark, eBay, iOffer, Yahoo, auction sites, kiosks, swap meets, flea markets or discount stores. Summary Brand products can only be offered on a website owned by the party submitting the order.

You also agree not to use logos, trademarks, and pictures from www.summarybrand.com or from www.order.summarybrandwholesale.com as they are copyrighted and owned by Summary Brand.

Payment terms can be granted by account or by order. Order submission confirms you agree to abide by your terms for payment on your order as it applies to payment due dates and payment method. Overdue accounts are subject to late payment charges of 1.5% per month, which is an annual percentage rate of 18%.

Damage requests must be made within 10 calendar days of merchandise receipt to be considered for replacement or refund.

Cancellations must be made within 10 calendar days of order submission in writing or via email. Cancellations made after 10 calendar days will not be honored.

Returns will only be accepted with a written Return Authorization (RA) and RAs are valid for 30 days from the issued date. Returns sent without a valid RA will be refused. Bounced shipments will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Noncompliance to these Terms can result in a hold on your account until resolution is achieved, with no new orders accepted or shipped and up to Summary Brand terminating business with your account as an authorized seller of Summary Brand goods.
